Help us improve cs4fn
If you would like to tell us what you think of cs4fn, then please fill out the questionnaire below. Doing so will help us make cs4fn better, and it takes just a few minutes. You should only take part if you want to, it is entirely up to you. By clicking the submit button you are sending us the information you have provided and giving permission for us to use it anonymously in our evaluation and research about cs4fn's effectiveness, including publishing our analysis of the data, after it has been combined with that of other people who have filled out the form, in academic papers.
