Wearable Computing
Can you wear IT?
Computers once filled whole rooms, then they sat on desks. Now they are disappearing in to your clothes, your contact lenses, your shoes. The time of wearable computing is here and your clothes are going to only get smarter and smarter.
David Bowie's lyrics about fashion "Listen to me - don't listen to me, Talk to me - don't talk to me" were once just surreal. Now they describe the way it is. Your clothes can watch out for you, listen to your commands, talk to you, give you directions "Turn to the left. Fashion! Turn to the right", just about anything your smart phone was doing and more... Intelligent clothes have just walked down the catwalk.
